Shipping policy

Delivery

  • Free shipping is available on orders totaling $450 or more. If the total amount of the order does not meet the free shipping conditions, the shipping fee will be calculated by weight, and will be shown on the checkout page.
  • The company will assign a third-party shipping company or the company's own logistics to deliver the goods according to the delivery area of the order.
  • The delivery time is 2-3 working days after the order is placed.
  • On the agreed delivery time, but due to actual conditions such as traffic, region, weather and other factors, there will be delays, suspensions or rescheduling, regardless of whether the reasons for such delays or rescheduling are within the control of the company, the company will not disclaim any responsibility.
  • We will do our best to deliver the goods to the designated place on schedule, please sign for the goods within the designated time. If the customer requests to put the goods outside the door, the company will not be responsible for any loss caused by it.
  • After the order is placed, if there is any change in the delivery address or recipient information, the customer is responsible for immediately notifying the company of the change in order to arrange.
  • Nicetrition reserves the right at its absolute discretion to refuse delivery to any customer.

Self-Pickup

  • All orders, regardless of the amount, can be picked up at the company's warehouse, but you need to make an appointment in advance for the self-pickup time.
  • Free third-party self-pickup service is available for orders with a total amount of $200 or more. If the total amount of the order does not meet the free shipping conditions, the shipping fee will be calculated by weight, and will be shown on the checkout page.
  • For the optional location and logistics time limit of the self-pickup service, please refer to the self-pickup service page at the top or bottom of the homepage.
  • On the agreed delivery time, but due to actual conditions such as traffic, region, weather and other factors, there will be delays, suspensions or rescheduling, regardless of whether the reasons for such delays or rescheduling are within the control of the company, the company will not disclaim any responsibility.
  • Customers are kindly requested to pick up the goods from the designated pickup locations within the specified time. The company is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to overdue delivery.
